Job Description
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and looking to start your career in financial services operations?
Join SS&C as a Graduate Operations Associate and gain hands-on experience within our Advisor Charging team. You'll play an important role in supporting operational processes, managing stakeholder queries, maintaining service standards and ensuring payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
This is an excellent opportunity to build industry knowledge, develop operational expertise and gain exposure to a wide range of business processes within a regulated financial services environment.
What you'll be doing
- Complete and manage daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and provide support.
- Work towards maintaining team service level agreements and operational targets.
- Support the management of escalations and help identify opportunities to improve processes.
- Review, verify and support the release of client payments.
- Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operational activities.
What we're looking for
Eligibility
To be eligible for our Graduate Programme, you must have graduated within the last two years, or be due to graduate in 2026, with a minimum 2:2 degree in a relevant discipline.

Desirable skills
- Experience using Microsoft Access.
- Previous customer service, administration or stakeholder-facing experience through internships, placements, part-time work or volunteering.
- An interest in financial services and operational processes.

Your development
During your first six months, you'll build a strong understanding of the financial services industry, our products and operational processes. You'll begin by shadowing experienced team members and supporting workflow-driven activities and scheduled reporting.
As your confidence and knowledge grow, you'll move towards working independently, taking ownership of specific tasks and processes. Over time, you'll develop responsibility for managing escalations, monitoring payment activities and supporting operational outcomes from start to finish.
Important to know
- 37.5 hours per week (9:00am – 5:30pm)
- Based in Bishops Square, Dublin
- Hybrid working arrangements available in line with business requirements
