About this Golf - Finance Manager role at Qiddiya Investment Company
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in the financial management of our premier golf facility. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations related to the golf domain, ensuring financial integrity, and supporting strategic initiatives that promote growth and enhance member experiences.
Your expertise will be essential in developing financial strategies, managing budgets, and providing insightful financial analysis that aligns with the objectives of our golf operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the golf operations.
- Conduct financial analysis to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Work closely with operational teams to develop financial models that support business decisions related to golf programs and facilities.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies, implementing best practices in financial management.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and financial proposals for new initiatives in the golf sector.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of relevant financial management experience, preferably within the sports or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of golf operations and the sports industry is an advantage.
