What We're Looking For
We care more about mindset than a perfect CV. If you're curious, proactive, and excited to learn, we want to hear from you.
- Currently studying or recently graduated in any field — Business, Communications, Economics, Data, or similar backgrounds are a natural fit, but we're open
- Professional-level English (written and spoken) is required, as you'll be working with global stakeholders from day one
- Curious about AI: you've played around with tools like Claude and Gemini and are excited to use them in a real work setting
- Eager to learn: you're comfortable asking questions, picking things up quickly, and figuring out what needs doing without waiting to be told
- Reasonably organized: you can keep track of your tasks, flag when something's unclear, and follow through on commitments
- Comfortable with basic tech: Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides — or their Microsoft equivalents. No advanced skills required, just a willingness to get hands-on
