Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with corporate goals to achieve growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Oversee operations across fewer departments, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to company standards.
• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving mid-level net sales targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing management team, fostering accountability and Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks to secure business continuity and financial stability.
• Represent the company externally, promoting its brand and reputation.
• Support talent development initiatives to sustain a pipeline of future leaders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 6+ years of senior leadership experience managing fewer departments within a moderate complexity organization.
• Expertise (12+ years of experience) in operational management across multiple functional areas.
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages advantageous.
