 What you will do, but not limited to: 

• Assist with the management and coordination of the company's general affairs activities including facility management, equipment maintenance, and office supplies procurement. 

• Responsible for conducting inventory audits check and reporting of office equipment 

• Support event planning and coordination for company meetings, training sessions, and other corporate events. 

• Support to maintain a safe, clean, and conducive working environment. 

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation. 

• Assist in maintaining records and documentation related to general affairs operations. 

• Support administrative tasks to facilitate efficient daily office operations. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields. 

• Candidate with experience internship program in General Affairs or Office Facilities Management using SAP is a plus 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities. 

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team. 

• Basic knowledge of office administration and facility management is a plus. 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively. 

• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. 

• Available for 3 months Internship program
