About this Gaming Support - T2 Ticket CS (Polish Language) role at ModSquad

Our client is a global gaming, media, and toy brand company. If you are a primary Polish speaker, a gamer, follow pop culture, highly skilled in customer support, and looking for a remote gig, this is for you!
Agents will provide Tier 2, ticket-only support for multiple games and services. Responsibilities include attending client meetings, documenting bugs in issue-tracking software, and performing in-game testing.
Support is conducted exclusively through Zendesk and involves a highly complex project with extensive documentation and workflows. Translation services may be required.
This is a Tier 2 role with a strong emphasis on technical issue resolution and fast, professional communication with the client.
Commitment:
30 hours/week
Schedule:
24/7
Flexible but a wide spread throughout the week
Holidays and weekends as needed

September 7, 2026 onwards
What to Expect and What We're Looking For:
Client expects white glove service replying to customers that is thorough, extremely high attention to detail
Must pay very close attention to all the details provided by the customer.
High expectation of keeping oneself up to date with changes in information each shift as information updates frequently.
This is a fast paced environment and the ideal candidate must be motivated to search for information and have the initiative to do their research prior to replying.
Tier 2 with heavy focus on technical issues and quick, professional responsiveness to client communication.
