Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance their service capabilities. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic and focused on continuous improvement and innovation to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development including RESTful APIs and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment.
- Understanding of agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full technology stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
