We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and evolution of a next-generation AI-powered web application. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about building high-performance, interactive user experiences while solving complex frontend engineering challenges at scale.

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will serve as the technical leader for the frontend platform, driving architectural decisions, establishing engineering best practices, and delivering seamless user experiences for highly interactive applications. You will work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to build scalable, real-time collaborative features, optimize application performance, and create intuitive interfaces capable of handling large volumes of dynamic data. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for mentoring engineers while shaping the long-term frontend vision.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance frontend architecture using modern web technologies.
• Build and optimize complex, interactive user interfaces capable of handling large datasets and AI-generated content with exceptional responsiveness.
• Design robust state management solutions and establish scalable data flow patterns across the application.
• Develop real-time collaboration capabilities that enable multiple users to interact seamlessly within shared workspaces.
• Continuously improve application performance by optimizing rendering, memory utilization, responsiveness, and overall frontend efficiency.
• Define and enforce frontend engineering standards, testing strategies, code quality practices, and monitoring frameworks to ensure reliable releases.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to evaluate technical trade-offs and deliver scalable product solutions.
• Drive technical decision-making, architecture reviews, and long-term frontend roadmap planning.
• Mentor and guide frontend engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and performance optimization techniques to continuously enhance the engineering ecosystem.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 8+ years of professional experience building modern web applications, including significant experience leading frontend architecture and technical initiatives.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Strong experience building highly interactive applications such as visual editors, design tools, dashboards, canvases, or collaborative web platforms.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries, and scalable application design.
• Proven expertise in frontend performance optimization, rendering efficiency, memory management, and browser performance tuning.
• Experience implementing real-time collaboration, synchronization, or multi-user application workflows.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, frontend monitoring, debugging, and quality assurance best practices.
• Excellent system design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound architectural decisions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional engineering and product teams.
