What you will do 

This position will be responsible for the billing and providing invoices to customers who require a complete billing packet, consisting of reports and certified payroll to ensure timely payment.

How you will do it   

• Assigning tasks for the 14 dedicated field resources.

• Tracking & managing all open calls including inspection manuals.

• Locally billing all open SRs including Inspection-Manuals & general service requests.

• Tracking & maintaining monthly L&M revenue.

• Invoice packaging and delivery per a negotiated timeline.

Requirements:

• Experience in Customer Service or Operations/Service Delivery.

• Strong decision-making skills and adaptability.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good telephone manner and appropriate business communications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Team player with the ability to operate under pressure.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $29-39 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
