The Position

Are you a strategic thinker who sees the story behind the numbers? Roche Pharma Saudi Arabia is looking for a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to join our team in Riyadh. This isn't a traditional "back-office" finance role; you will be a proactive architect of our business strategy, leveraging deep analytical insights to drive sustainable healthcare outcomes across the ecosystem and beyond.

The Impact You Will Make

As a critical thought partner to our Disease Area Teams, you will bridge the gap between financial data and strategic action:

• Strategic Insights: Develop and evolve comprehensive dashboards to track organizational progress, providing real-time visibility into key metrics.

• Business Planning: Lead Business Plan updates (Sales & OPEX) and drive resource allocation decisions to maximize value for patients and partners.

• Innovative Partnering: Collaborate with external stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem to co-create new business models and growth opportunities.

• Operational Excellence: Lead process harmonization and digitization efforts, leveraging automation to simplify how we work.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented professional who thrives in ambiguous, evolving environments. You don't just report data; you integrate multiple streams of information into a coherent strategy.

Your Background:

 

• Experience: 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position.

• Education: Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.

• Expertise: Strong grasp of Corporate Finance, financial modeling. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.

• Technical Skills: Excellence in SAP and Excel is a strong plus.

• Languauge: Fluent in Arabic & English.
