Main Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and advisory services to PM APAC rigid foam customers to resolve application issues and ensure successful product adoption in customer production processes.
• Operate equipment and machines at PRDC and customer sites to ensure reliable and correct integration of company products into customer production lines, validating machine parameters and conducting pre-production checks.
• Collect information and samples for testing and analysis to verify product performance and successful implementation in client production environments, reporting deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Generate detailed service reports documenting customer-specific processes, requirements, and outcomes following company procedures and protocols to maintain complete and traceable service records
• Independently plan and execute laboratory experiments at PRDC to support rigid foam application development, ensuring accurate data collection, result interpretation, and documentation in alignment with company procedures.
• Deliver hands-on technical training to customer personnel on the correct use of chemical products and equipment to ensure safe, effective application and optimal process results.

Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Material Science, or related field; vocational training in chemistry or material science with equivalent technical experience is also considered.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the PU/polymer industry.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment and field service for customer machine and production line operations.
• Basic English proficiency for reporting and cross-functional communication.
• Willingness to travel frequently within China.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective customer relationships.

Preferred:

• Experience in PU insulation panel applications.
• Familiarity with dispensing and mixing equipment used in rigid foam production.
