About this Field Service Technician II role at Carrier

角色職責:
- 空調維護保養、定期巡檢、故障排除及維修。
- 大型主機拆解、安裝以及試車調整。
- 負責客戶端溝通協調，並嘗試解決問題。
- 分擔團隊、同仁維護案件執行。
- 分擔部門內的部分庶務。
角色目的:
- 負責中區維護客戶之案件。
- 確保讓設備穩定運行。
- 故障排除及緊急叫修處理。
- 大型冰水主機專業技術。
- 儲備幹部。
最低要求:
- 基本空調維護相關知識及經驗5年以上。
- 冷凍空調乙級證照。
- 溝通協調順暢。
- 願意承擔責任，有帶人及管理經驗尤佳。
- 有團隊概念，並有個人承擔自己工作範圍之能力。
- 有手/自排駕駛貨車駕照及經驗。
