Ecolab is currently seeking a Field Service Manager to work in our QSR division. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with our fast-food customers  and providing them with personal customer service and solutions for all of their cleaning and sanitation needs.

What You Will Do:
•    Perform installation and maintenance of dispensing equipment in customer locations
•    Develop and enhance customer relationships while providing personal customer service and solutions for their cleaning and sanitation needs.
•    Provide training to customers on procedures and products
•    Support and run product and program tests
•    Completes all required reporting on a timely basis.

Minimum Qualifications: 
•    Technical or Bachelor Degree, or relevant experience
•    3+ years work experience
•    Willingness to travel (several overnight per week) and desire to be a remote worker
•    Time management – planning and organization
•    Customer oriented
•    Ability to build customers’ trust – integrity
•    Written Communication to create consulting reports for customers

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Previous experience as technician will be considered as a plus
•    Previous experience in fast-food restaurants as restaurant manager, supervisor or in the operation team will be considered as a plus
•    English at intermediate level or more will be considered a plus
