Job Description

• 負責支援客戶的現場活動，如安裝、實施、維護及修理公司及多廠商系統解決方案，這些解決方案可能包括硬體、軟體與網路產品，以及作業系統。
• 孰悉 Agilent ICPMS 產品, 硬體, 軟體操作, 應用.
• 在客戶現場安裝並優化硬體/軟體/網路產品與配置。
• 診斷並解決產品效能問題。
• 提供維修與修理服務。
• 透過建議客戶預防性維護及配置，確保客戶滿意度，這些措施可能影響產品效能。
• 主動回應潛在的設備或軟體問題，防止客戶業務遭到意外中斷。
• 提供（非設計）完全整合的解決方案，可能包括周邊設備、通訊、作業系統及應用程式軟體。
• 擔任技術問題的內部資源，並管理產品升級，與安捷倫的支援、銷售、行銷及研發團隊合作，為客戶提供解決方案。
• 可能對第三方產品有了解。
• 可能為現場工程師或客戶提供內部技術訓練與維護研討會及工作坊。
• 可能會訓練其他現場工程師或客戶。
• 可於現場為大量客戶校準設備。
• 可能符合潛在客戶資格。
• 必須同意參與並符合安捷倫核准的客戶/供應商認證要求，才能進入客戶網站。
• 要求可能包括但不限於身分證明、執行所需工作的證明、客戶健康與安全要求等。

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry, Food, Environment, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or similar background in life sciences,
• Expertise in analytical techniques and method development (ICPMS) in a similar position or as an End-user,
• Problem-solving skills, particularly for fixing, applications support and/or general instrument maintenance,
• Experience with the Agilent solutions is desired but not essential.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
