As the Field Service Engineer, you will:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for the installation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of Biosense Webster equipment within the assigned territory.
- Manage service schedules, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and respond to emergency service requests.
- Build strong customer relationships, analyze satisfaction data, audit inventory, and maintain accurate records in the Service Management System.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, support incident investigations, maintain required healthcare vendor credentials, and follow all corporate health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English & Turkish, with strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Familiarity with service management systems and standard test equipment, such as digital multimeters, is preferred.
- Strong commitment to safety, participation in incident investigations, and a customer-focused approach are required.
- Valid Class B driver’s license, ability to travel frequently by air, and flexibility for short-notice travel are required. The role is approximately 25% office-based and 75% field-based.
- No outstanding military service obligation for male candidates
- BSc degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, or Biomedical Engineering is preferred.
