As our Facilities & Maintenance Manager in Moss, you will own maintenance and facility operations for our production site, ensuring high technical availability of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.

This is a hands-on, site-focused role where you’ll work closely with Operations, technical partners, and external contractors to improve equipment reliability, coordinate preventive maintenance, solve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement.

You’ll have real ownership of the site while also contributing to technical projects and longer-term improvements. We’re looking for someone with a strong maintenance or technical background who enjoys being close to operations and is ready to take broader responsibility.

What You’ll Do: The Recipe

• Own maintenance and facility operations for the Moss site, ensuring equipment reliability and operational continuity.
• Define and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, maintenance schedules, and technical priorities.
• Monitor KPIs across safety, quality, cost, productivity, and machinery availability and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage the maintenance and facility budget, ensuring effective cost control and resource planning.
• Coordinate technical projects, including equipment installations, commissioning, and site improvements.
• Manage external contractors and suppliers, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to agreed standards.
• Work closely with Operations to troubleshoot technical issues, reduce downtime, and improve equipment performance.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, fire safety, HACCP, and internal quality standards.
• Manage MRO spare parts, consumables, and tools required to maintain asset performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for maintenance and facility topics at the Moss site.

What You’ll Bring: The Ingredients

• Solid experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical operations within production, manufacturing, FMCG, automated logistics, or a similar industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, technical troubleshooting, and equipment reliability.
• A hands-on approach and confidence working close to day-to-day site operations.
• Experience leading or coordinating technicians, contractors, suppliers, or technical service providers.
• Experience managing budgets, costs, and supplier agreements.
• Familiarity with health & safety, compliance standards, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Comfortable collaborating with both local and international stakeholders.
