We have a great opportunity for a dynamic Executive Assistant. In this exciting role, the Executive Assistant will be responsible for executive and administrative support to an executive within the Ad Sales organization.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Heavy calendar management
Prepare expense reports, coordinate travel
Prepare and update Power Point Presentations, Word documents and Excel charts
Respond to Executive’s inquiries as appropriate
Anticipate and prepare executive’s daily schedule of meetings and priorities
Maintain confidentially at all times
Schedule internal and external meetings and conference calls
Project management
Special projects as needed
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
3+ years of administrative experience supporting senior level executives
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with executives, assistants and other internal and external constituents
Ability to multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities
Proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must be poised, polished and professional
NICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER:
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong analytical skills
Interest in ad sales or the business side of the media industry

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.75-40.25 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
