➤ Report to Estate Manager and Operation Manager.

➤ Preparation of Books of accounts.

➤ GST data Preparation and reconcile with CA.

➤ TDS data prepare and the same deposited via CA

➤ CA Audit conducted and query clarification.

➤ Prepare draft cost sheet and share with client Monthly, Quarterly & yearly.

➤ Prepare Budget for CAM.

➤ Financial Controls.

➤ Prepare summary Sheet of Payments Details & Reconciliation.

➤ Billing (Electricity, water & Others).

➤ Solving Clients Ledger, A/C queries & take immediate action on their disputes in bills.

➤ Payment collection.

➤ Outstanding follow up to clients and action for non-payments by email or letter.

➤ Prepare Expense report including consumption of diesel, water Electricals Plumbing, and Hardware etc.

➤ To Seek advice from Auditor for any necessary banking transactions.
