The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $20.00 to $25.00 an hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will Do In This Role
- Safely operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts to move/pick product throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload materials from trailers and storage areas.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Pick, stage, and transport materials according to work orders and inventory systems.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits.
- Accurately complete required paperwork and system entries for material movement.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure proper labeling of packages, including barcodes, shipping labels, and handling instructions.
- Prepare and verify shipping manifests and documentation for outbound shipments.
What We are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Valid certification or license to operate reach trucks, cherry pickers, and sit-down forklifts.
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, manifests, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Experience with MS Office, Outlook, SAP, and other programs as necessary
