Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies and operating models that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap to guide the organization through change. The position demands collaboration across various departments to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and drives innovation, while continuously refining approaches to meet evolving needs and challenges within the enterprise environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of enterprise-wide architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate alignment between business strategies and technology initiatives to ensure cohesive enterprise growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform along with AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Data Governance, Graph Databases, Data Analytics, Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and secure data architectures using modern data platforms.
- Experience in integrating diverse data sources and managing complex data workflows.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data processing pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and distributed computing frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
