Provide well management services in the form of wellbore challenges analysis to refine the drilling strategy and plan of action.
Provide the management with a daily cost monitoring report by organizing and analyzing the accuracy and completeness of all cost inputs in the IDS which shall be used as quick reference and guide for its decision making.
Perform comprehensive reviews of the Materials Take-Off in collaboration with the Well Operations, Execution Engineering, and Supply Chain groups to ensure all required personnel, tools, consumables are available / provided ahead of time to prevent unnecessary delays in the operation.
Collaborates with the Well Operations, Execution Engineering and Supply Chain in the review of all materials for long term requirements based on the latest approved Drilling Operations Program (DOP).
Responsible for the preparation of the detailed Scope of Work of any 3rd party services which are due for renewal and bidding with guidance from immediate superiors and Supply Chain which includes the participation to pre-bid conference, conduct of technical / commercial evaluation until final awarding.
Responsible for the performance of comprehensive technical evaluations of drilling tools, equipment, and consumables to be procured to determine the most technically advantageous complying offer
Management of 3rd party contracts being the assigned Single Point of Contact (SPOC) by collaborating with the Well Operations, Execution Engineering, and contractor to ensure timely replenishment of tools and consumables, delivery of quality services and fit-for-purpose tools. This also includes ensuring the timely and correct payment of contractor invoices.
Responsible for the timely updating of the Technical Specification of all drilling tools and materials to be used for procurement
Collaborates with stakeholders for new technologies which can be adapted for the improvement of the drilling and workover operations
Monitors and reviews the overall budget of the Execution Group in collaboration with the Performance Analytics Group to resolve and initiate close out all open POs.
Participates in the review of Well Design, creation of drilling strategies and Authority For Expenditures ("AFE") and ensure the timely submission of all respective 3rd party programs.
Provides assistance in addressing all administrative matters related to HR requirements.
Management of assigned projects from inception to execution by ensuring the participation of all stakeholders and timely completion of each assigned task.
Responsible in securing all internal data and by 3rd parties are managed accordingly
Perform other related duties that may be assigned by the superiors,, such as but not limited, to developing and designing well drilling and workover (both rig and non-rig) programs. This entails specifying the technical aspects of well construction and workover projects, such as drilling procedures and equipment selection, to ensure operations are safe, efficient, and cost-effective. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, assessing risks, offering on-site technical support, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of drilling and workover activities using both rig and non-rig equipment
