Are you a legal professional looking for a hands-on role where you can apply your legal knowledge to employee relations, internal investigations, and case management?

We are looking for an Employee Relations & Investigations Coordinator to support the management and resolution of workplace cases, internal investigations, evidence collection, and disciplinary processes while ensuring cases are properly documented and handled in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal investigations related to policy violations, misconduct, workplace incidents, damages, employee concerns, and other cases requiring review.
• Collect, review, and analyze evidence, including reports, statements, CCTV footage, communications, documents, and internal records.
• Conduct interviews with employees, supervisors, and other individuals involved in investigations.
• Prepare investigation reports, case summaries, timelines, and supporting documentation.
• Review available evidence and provide recommendations regarding potential disciplinary actions and appropriate next steps.
• Follow up on employee relations cases from initial investigation through resolution, ensuring timely completion of required actions and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR, Operations, Safety, Claims, Compliance, and other departments throughout the investigation process.
• Support the preparation of documentation and evidence for potential legal proceedings.
• Identify potential legal, employee relations, and compliance risks based on investigation findings.
• Provide guidance to management regarding employee relations matters, company policies, disciplinary actions, and case handling.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel when cases require escalation or specialized legal support.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential case files and investigation records.
• Ensure proper documentation and preservation of evidence throughout the investigation process.
• Assist in developing and improving internal procedures related to investigations, evidence collection, case management, and employee relations.
• Monitor open cases and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution within established timelines.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law / Jurisprudence or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in employee relations, labor law, internal investigations, compliance, or legal case management.
• Experience conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing investigation or legal documentation.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to assess information objectively.
• Excellent judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
