About this role

The eLearning Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive digital learning experiences that align with organizational goals. This role combines technical expertise in eLearning tools with instructional design principles to design and deliver high-quality, engaging courses for internal and external audiences.

Key Accountabilities

Accountable for developing eLearning courses in a timely manner using instructional design principles and best professional practices. Accountable for the quality of eLearning courses. Manage both content and user administration within the Learning Management System (LMS). Own the feedback loop to continuously improve the learner experience.

About the role

Course Design & Development: Create interactive and engaging eLearning courses using the authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate) and instructional design best practices.

Content Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and organize course content. Ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.

User Management: Administer user accounts within the Learning Management System (LMS), including creating, updating, and deactivating profiles. Assign content and track enrollment. Provide support to learners and troubleshoot access issues promptly.

Quality Assurance: Content QA Test and troubleshoot eLearning modules for functionality and usability. Learners’ experience QA - Ensure compliance with the requirements for each learner's group (live/implementation, product-based, user-role based).

Reporting: Ensure the data set from the Data Lake is updated daily. Build and execute the standard reporting pack to monitor the learners’ assignments and completion status.

Clients/partners learning operations: Manage training requests from BLK clients and partners to enable their successful onboarding on the Academy and/or their classroom training. Maintain the track record and collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the legislative and financial aspects of clients' and partners' training are managed in accordance with BLK standards.

-Completed eLearning courses’ builds according to the Education Services roadmap

-Accurate training catalogues

-Accurate user enrollment data

-Enhancements implemented based on the feedback analysis

-Proper clients and partners learning, planning, assignment, tracking

About you

Proficiency in using eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia).

Strong understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.

Excellent LMS administration skills.

Proficiency in reporting, advanced MS Excel user.

Dedication to continuous professional improvement and curiosity in exploring new tools and technologies.

Attention to detail and a structured approach to formal and/or legal documentation.

Experience in collaborating with global colleagues and sensitivity to the cultural differences and time zones.

Desirable: Understanding of the fintech industry.
