Rund 80 Prozent aller Mikrochips weltweit werden mit ZEISS Technologien gefertigt. ZEISS ist Technologieführer im Bereich Halbleiterfertigungs-Equipment. Mit hochpräzisen Lithographie-Optiken, Photomasken-Systemen und Lösungen für die Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Herstellung von immer kleineren, leistungsfähigeren und energieeffizienteren Mikrochips – und prägt so mit seinen Innovationen das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik entscheidend mit.​

Ihre Rolle

  • Erstellung und Pflege von Servicedokumentation

  • Erstellung von Ersatzteilkonzepten (Definition von Ersatzteilen & Ersatzteilerstbedarf)

  • Zuarbeit der Service Anforderungen an RnD für Neu-/Weiterentwicklungen

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Aufrechterhaltung der Dokumentationssysteme

  • Schulung der Serviceorganisation im Umgang mit den Dokumentationssystemen

  • Koordination der Veröffentlichung von Service Notes, Handbücher und anderer Service Dokumenten

  • Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Verbesserung der Datenqualität in ERP & anderen Supportsystemen

  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Ersatzteilthemen im ERP

  • Unterstützung bei der Erarbeitung von VR-Trainings für die Service Organisation

Ihr Profil

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation für Berufseinsteiger und Berufserfahrene

  • Erfahrungen in der Dokumentation von technischen Sachverhalten idealerweise Kenntnisse aus unserem Arbeitsbereich (Sondermaschinenbau, Vakuumtechnik, Elektronik, technische Mechanik)

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein sicheres und gekonntes Auftreten

  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP ERP wünschenswert

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
