We are looking for a meticulous and organized colleague to participate in the management of project documentation within the process automation area. In this role, you will be responsible for the timely preparation, distribution and archiving of documents from customers, ABB and suppliers in accordance with project and divisional procedures. The work also includes ensuring effective version control, monitoring the status of documentation and supporting project managers and engineers through accurate reporting and project milestone management. We emphasize high data quality, systematicity and attention to detail.

What will your task be:

• Responsibility for managing project documentation, both commercial and technical

• Updating and checking document metadata

• Managing documentation revisions and archiving

• Monitoring compliance with documentation marking rules

• Monitoring compliance with deadlines

• Distribution and management of customer comments on documentation

• Providing translations for third parties

• Close cooperation with the project team (engineers)

• Communication with ABB units, customer and suppliers

• Responsibility for delivery, handover and archiving of necessary certificates for project documentation

• Creation/collection of conditions for final documentation according to contractual terms

What we expect:

• You have secondary / university education

• You already have experience in managing documentation and archiving

• You are a meticulous person with a focus on detail

• You speak fluent English (communication on a daily basis)

• You can work in an international team

• You have excellent organizational and communication skills

• You have active approach

• Knowledge of technical documentation – a big advantage
