We are seeking a reliable Dock Office Clerk to support daily dock and office operations. The position involves basic data entry, paperwork, and computer-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Enter and update information in company computer systems
- Prepare, review, and file shipping and receiving paperwork
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and office staff
- Assist with general dock office duties as needed
- Follow company procedures and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Basic typing and PC/computer skills required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn—training will be provided on our computer systems
- Previous office, warehouse, or shipping/Receiving experience is a plus, but not required
