The Distribution Specialist role will provide operational support for both the Gift Card and Pick-a-Brick businesses, with responsibility for order management, inventory availability, replenishment, and warehouse coordination. The role will partner closely with Supply & Inventory Planning and Distribution Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and timely resolution of operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day operational support for Gift Card, Pick-a-Brick (PAB) businesses, as well as warehouse amendment support as needed, including order management, inventory availability, replenishment, fulfillment activities etc.
Process, monitor, and manage orders and replenishment transactions in SAP and other relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Collaborate closely with Supply and Inventory Planning teams to ensure inventory availability aligns with business demand and customer requirements.
Support PAB supply from the Billund warehouse and Gift Card inventory requirements while partnering with warehouse and 3PL teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, inventory availability, and execution.
Monitor order and replenishment status, identify exceptions or potential inventory risks, and coordinate timely resolution with the appropriate teams.
Track inventory availability and proactively identify shortages, replenishment risks, and operational issues that may impact customer fulfillment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency, inventory flow, and overall operational performance across both businesses.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve execution, and reduce operational issues through continuous improvement and data-driven problem solving.
Support ad hoc analysis, initiatives related to Gift Card and PAB operations as needed.

The Distribution Area is focused on harvesting continuous improvement opportunities as well as developing our people. We are the team driving behind the scenes, getting the necessary things done that are often invisible to the rest of the organization. The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated operational support for the Gift Card and Pick-a-Brick businesses, ensuring accurate and timely order execution, inventory availability, replenishment, and warehouse coordination. The role will serve as a key link between Supply and Inventory Planning, Distribution Operations, and warehouse teams, helping to resolve operational issues, maintain product availability, and ensure a seamless experience for the customer.

This position will work onsite 5 days a week.
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is required.
Proficient working experience in distribution, warehouse, transportation, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
Intermediate data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
Ability to manage priorities and operational activities while working effectively with cross-functional teams.
Good communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to travel domestically as needed to support operations.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $84,488.00 - $126,732.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
