The Details
- Shift: Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm
- Starting Base Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Please note that this role is ON-SITE in our Salt Lake Distribution Center
What You’ll Do
- Resolve Customer Agents issues promptly.
- Work on Customer requests involving expiration dates on lenses, lot numbers, adjusting shipments for customer needs, and processing Saturday deliveries.
- Help process international orders needing extra documentation.
- Fixing print problems and releasing held orders.
- All around problem solving.
- Help process customer orders by picking and verifying products.
- Assist with warehouse projects including product relocation, labeling shelving, cleaning up cardboard, and replenishing workstations.
