We’re hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in:
- Calabash
- Oak Island
- and other areas throughout Brunswick County!
You’ll build meaningful one-on-one connections, supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities as a trusted companion and champion for their independence.

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Empower independence and confidence

- Support daily living tasks like meal prep and routines
- Encourage community engagement and social connection

- Assist with transportation for appointments and outings
Compensation & Flexibility
- $16/hr.
- Weekly pay
- Flexible part-time schedules (multiple shift options)
- Short commutes (typically within 30 minutes of home)

What You Bring as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Experience supporting individuals with I/DD (or willingness to train through our apprentice program)
- High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
- Reliable transportation to support client needs
