Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare food items following standardized recipes and portion sizes. 

• Workstation Setup: Set up prep tables, service counters, hot wells, and steam tables. 

• Customer Service: Serve food to guests, answer questions, and address any concerns with a positive demeanor. 

• Sanitation and Cleaning: Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations, dining areas, and kitchens according to established safety standards. 

• Stocking and Supplies: Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking food and non-food supplies. 

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety and health regulations, and follow company policies. 

• Teamwork: Cooperate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient dining operations. 

Qualifications:

• Customer Service Skills: The ability to interact courteously with guests and provide a positive dining experience. 

• Food Safety Knowledge: Must be willing to acquire or already possess a food safety certification. 

• Dependability and Instruction Following: Must be dependable, able to follow both written and oral instructions, and take instruction. 

• Flexibility: Be flexible with hours to accommodate daily routines and extracurricular activities. 

• Communication Skills: Ability to establish and maintain cooperative communication.
