What will you do?    

Digital Technical Analyst Identify, investigate, monitor and resolves customer issues in accordance with standards and processes. 
Main responsibilities are: 
• Delivering technical roadmaps on business processes and applications to support business objectives, standards and processes. 
• Analyzing business requirements, current technical gaps needed to support business strategies and expectations. 
• Playing a key role in conducting risk assessments, root cause analysis, corrective actions, quality assurance processes and routine issue resolution. 
• Communicating about client feedback to technology teams in order to improve deliverables and meet business requirements. 

This position works directly with Slovakia based engineering leadership and Cat Digital in the US.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. 
 
Systems Thinking: Knowledge of the critical interdependencies among individual system elements that help and hinder performance; ability to plan and design solutions that synchronize resources to achieve business results. 

• Reporting software connectivity and integration issues. 
• Demonstrating planned software changes on the local environment. 
• Administering software migration and contingency plans related to own function. 
• Analyzing the local software architecture components and products. 
• Testing key features for the entire software infrastructure environment. 

Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation. 
 
• Discovering, analyzing, and resolving hardware, software or application problems. 
• Working with vendor-specific diagnostic guides, tools and utilities. 
• Handling calls related to product features, applications, and compatibility standards. 
• Analyzing code, logs, and current systems as part of advanced troubleshooting. 
• Recording and reporting specific technical problems, solving processes and tools that have been used. 

 
Expected knowledge: 
• Strong analytical problem solving  
• Ability to connect system behavior to business process 
• Clear written communication  
• Sense of ownership that drives issues to resolution 

 
Top candidates will also have: 
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce) 
• Experience with data analysis / dashboards (Power BI) 
• Experience investigating APIs, integrations, or data issues 
 
Technical skills  
• Use SQL to validate and investigate data issues 
• Use Python (preferred) to analyze and manipulate data 
• Understand how data flows through a system end-to-end 
• Work across dev, QA, and production environments
