The DHA supports clinical care, education and training, logistics, research, information systems, and enterprise management for operating forces conducting military operations.

Gritter Francona is looking for a Sr Data Analyst to support a new, potential project. This Data Analyst will aid a potential project that manages a process for determining a service member’s fitness for duty and eligibility for separation or retirement due to disability.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology related field
Any relevant data analytics certification required (Google Data Analytics Professional, Microsoft, Tableau, AWS or CAP)
5+ years’ experience supervising or overseeing personnel
6+ years’ experience with systems and/or business analytics
3+ years’ experience with identifying data frameworks
Has experience with integrating system-level data requirements and architectures into enterprise-level architectures that meets DoD regulations preferred

Cory Gritter (Founder and CEO), a United States Marine Corps (USMC) veteran, was severely wounded while conducting combat operations in Afghanistan as a scout sniper. During his multi-year recovery at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Gritter joined the Wounded Warrior Mentoring Program (WWMP), where he was mentored by Carl Salzano, who was then an executive with Booz Allen Hamilton, and a US Navy veteran himself. After Cory completed internships with Network and Security Operation Centers for both commercial and government clients, he founded Gritter Francona in January 2013 on the premise that significant opportunity exists to harness the unique and diverse skills possessed by Veterans. Today, Gritter Francona employs over 100 staff across a portfolio of contracts that is singularly focused on making our clients successful through creative and innovative services that meet current goals while anticipating future needs.
