NYC Alliance Company LLC is seeking a highly skilled and creative Designer to join our team for the Adyson Parker Label. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing cut/sew and woven's categories that embody our commitment to quality, style, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that your designs meet both market trends and our brand identity. As a vertically-integrated company, NYC Alliance seamlessly connects demand to supply, utilizing advanced technologies to create a highly responsive supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and design a line that reflects the latest fashion trends and align with the Adyson Parker brand identity
• Collaborate closely with the product development and sales teams to translate design concepts into commercially viable products
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor analysis
• Create detailed technical sketches, specifications, and design presentations for production
• Oversee and guide the design team, providing clear direction and feedback
• Manage the entire design process, from initial concept development to final production
• Ensure all designs adhere to quality and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion design for missy, better brands
• Experience designing for discount/off price accounts a plus
• Strong portfolio that showcases creativity and expertise in design
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, and PLM
• Thorough understanding of garment construction and fabrics
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Strong passion for fashion, branding, and market trends
• Experience in working with production teams
