What you will be doing:
- Translate customer demand into achievable production plans
- Set realistic promise dates based on capacity & materials
- Build and manage production schedules and work orders
- Identify risks, constraints, and trade-offs early
- Partner with production and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support data-driven improvements, including Power BI initiatives
What we are looking for:
- Experience in demand planning, scheduling, or production planning
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to make confident decisions in changing environments
- Good communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Interest in data and continuous improvement
