About this Delivery Associate role at Accenture
- Deliver Copilot Studio training sessions, demos and hands-on walkthroughs to internal team members and client users — introductory sessions, guided labs and follow-up Q&A.
- Prepare and maintain training material: session decks, lab exercises and sample data, quick-reference guides, FAQs and short recorded walkthroughs.
- Build simple agents in Copilot Studio for use in demos, labs and training scenarios, and keep them working as the platform changes.
- Run adoption support activities — drop-in sessions, office hours and floor-walking — helping new users get their first agent working and answering questions patiently.
- Support requirement gathering: attend workshops and client meetings, take clear structured notes, capture actions and follow up on open questions.
- Document requirements, process flows, use cases and user stories, and keep them current as they change.
- Support use-case discovery — helping capture and describe candidate agent scenarios and what each one would need to work.
- Support testing and UAT: write and execute test cases, log and track defects, and coordinate business users through testing.
- Collect feedback after each training session and use it to improve the content and the way it is delivered.
- Handle training logistics — scheduling, invitations, attendance tracking, feedback surveys and simple reporting on completion and uptake.
- Maintain project documentation and trackers, and support status reporting for the engagement team.
- Build your own knowledge of Copilot Studio and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, working towards delivering sessions independently and taking on wider business analysis work.
.
- 0–1 years of experience in a business analyst, consulting, training, functional support or similar role. Strong graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English — this is the single most important requirement for the role.
- Confidence presenting to a group and running a session, with the ability to stay calm and clear when questions come from the floor.
- The ability to explain a technical concept simply, and the patience to explain it a second time differently when it does not land.
- Working familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio — able to build a basic agent — or clear evidence of hands-on self-learning on the platform.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Sound documentation skills — able to write clear notes, requirements and guides that someone else can follow.
- Basic business analysis fundamentals: asking clarifying questions, capturing requirements accurately, and distinguishing what a user asked for from what they actually need.
- Organised and reliable, with good follow-through on actions, deadlines and commitments made to clients.
- Genuine curiosity and a fast learning pace — the Copilot Studio roadmap moves quickly and the content will need constant refreshing.
- A collaborative attitude, comfortable asking for help early and working alongside senior consultants.
