As a Data Testing Engineer - Associate 2, you will specialize in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications, confirming they meet desired quality standards and perform as expected. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency by analyzing needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training for seamless integration of business applications. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be driven by curiosity, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics, and using these experiences as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities
- Executes data validation test cases for the conversion, verifying transformed records in the Fiserv target system against source data.
- Logs data quality defects, performs retest verification, and contributes to mock conversion sign-off reporting.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
