What You Will Do *

  • This assignment requires the candidate to work seamlessly with members of the Data Quality & Governance organization and broader DT/business teams.

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis across multiple platforms and data sources
    Leverage tools such as Informatica Data Quality, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL, and

  • Python to profile, assess, and improve data.

  • Experience using AI assisted programs to drive technical solutioning.

  • Document data flows, business rules, and data definitions across global data products and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).

  • Build or support the development of data cleansing routines aligned to enterprise data quality standards.

  • Develop, maintain, and sustain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.

  • Partner with data engineers and business SMEs to identify, evaluate, and document the right data sources for key initiatives.

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate quality metrics and drive accountability.

  • Drive data quality efforts end‑to‑end, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and operationalization.

  • Support delivery of data tool implementations including MDM, Data Catalog, Data Quality tooling, and governance workflows.

  • Contribute creative solutioning for complex data issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build repeatable, sustainable processes

  • Support presentations, documentation, communications, and stakeholder feedback loops across the enterprise.

  • Lead or co‑lead data quality initiatives while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Supports alignment and collaboration with master data, analytics, and DT process teams across RTX and Data & Platforms

  • Exposure to multiple Collins business units (Avionics, Mission Systems, Information Management Systems, and Shared Services) across major value streams including Strategic & Financial Planning, Pursuit to Order Capture, Design & Development, Produce to Deliver, and Service & Support.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract..

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and technical staff
    Strong understanding of core business processes and enterprise data flows

  • Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), Snowflake, SQL, and Python

  • Experience with global ERP/CRM systems and enterprise data products (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, etc.)

  • Experience in data profiling, data quality assessment, or data cleansing strongly preferred

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Tableau or Power BI experience a strong plus.

  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word).

  • Experience working in SharePoint or Teams sites an advantage.

  • Experience in process improvement or change management an advantage.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
