Data Migration Services Lead

Lead professional and adoption service deliveries for PACS and RIS data migration across Europe, enabling predictable, scalable, and high-quality customer implementations.

Your role:

  • Lead migration-related professional and adoption service deliveries across Europe, ensuring migration requirements are understood, scoped, planned, and executed in line with customer expectations, contractual commitments, quality standards, project timelines, and regional delivery priorities.
  • Define and maintain up to date the portfolio of the services provided by the Data Migrati Services, defining the content, deliverables and expectations of each of the provided services, including the RACI, process for the engagement, stakeholder map, and present the process to the various stakeholders.
  • Manage a specialised team responsible for PACS migrations, RIS migrations, data cleansing, migration validation, data exports, exit strategies, cloud migration enablement, merge and split activities, migration governance, and migration service readiness.
  • Ensure the data migration services team is contributing to the overall RI SSD Europe Goals, by implementing the related strategies and team wide goals in line with the cascaded goals, establishing proper KPI framework to ensure the performance of the team is in line with the expectations.
  • Apply all people-leader related procedures, including on-off boarding employees, recruitment of new talents, support the individual growth and career path of the team members, run PPM and ACR process, including individual goal setting and KPI.
  • Drive migration planning, readiness, factory enablement, risk mitigation, delivery KPIs, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement to reduce project risk, improve delivery predictability, and support successful customer transitions.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Backend Operations, Workflow Operations, Delivery Quality, external partners, and local market teams to ensure end-to-end migration delivery alignment.
  • Build, coach, and lead a high-performing migration operations team focused on accountability, quality, knowledge sharing, customer outcomes, workload balancing, and career development.
  • Support the AI adoption on the data migration analysis, execution, monitoring, failure handling and customer report generation.

You're the right fit if:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health Science, Business, Delivery, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or have equivalent experience.
  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with a Master’s degree, in areas such as service delivery, implementation, performance management, or equivalent.
  • You have experience in RIS/PACS project delivery, data migration, implementation delivery, project management, program management, delivery risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • You have strong capabilities in continuous improvement, resource planning and allocation, change management, KPI management, business acumen, strategic planning, people management, budget management, data migration governance, data quality management, risk assessment, project scope development, customer readiness, migration factory enablement, and customer-facing delivery.
  • You hold preferred qualifications such as a Master’s degree in Engineering or Science and certifications such as Scrum Master, PMI PMP, PRINCE2, or TOGAF.
  • You have proven experience coaching, supporting, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to colleagues.

Compensation & benefits

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €43,025.00 –€72,366.67. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for a short-term incentive, with your rewards linked to both individual performance and company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision. How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
