This role is responsible for processing service and parts orders, supporting internal coordination, and handling external customer inquiries via email, phone, and Kakao E-Service. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and efficient service delivery to both customers and internal teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage service and parts orders (entry, tracking, and follow-up)
• Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and Kakao E-Service
• Support order processing in SAP CRM (experience is a plus, not required)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed
