Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator

The Customer Care Coordinator’s responsibilities include: Processing orders, Accounts receivable and customer service.

Accountable and Reports to: Vice President, Controller

Positions that Report to you: None

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and ensuring food safety. Report any food safety deviations to your supervisor immediately.

• Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Adheres to company policies and departmental guidelines.

• Adjusts/reconciles accounts receivable and uploads positive pay.

• Log orders, print and supply copies for individual departments.

• Answers phones, gates, greets customers and salespersons.

• Replenishes and orders office supplies as needed.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:

• Attention to detail and follow through is necessary while working independently.

• This individual is preferred to be bi-lingual (Spanish-English)

• Ability to read and interpret written or verbal instructions.

• This person must have the ability to relate well with people.

• Understanding the need for and ensuring confidentiality.

Education and Experience:

High school education/equivalent or related experience.

Physical Requirements:

This is considered a semi-skilled position.  Frequent to constant handling, grasping, constant listening, talking, hearing, seeing, reading, dealing with people, influencing others, evaluating information.

Working Conditions:

• Duties performed mostly in office setting.

• Frequent deadlines exist while handling multiple tasks.

• Daily contact occurs with customers, salespersons and employees.

Equipment Used to Perform Job:

Production machinery, Copy machine and Two-way radio.
