Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the progress and success of multiple projects simultaneously.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the continuous improvement of development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Ability to lead and guide development teams through complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our DDC 1A - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
