Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining code quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning solutions with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to drive successful project outcomes and fosters an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Schema, Python (Programming Language).
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable data models tailored to complex software solutions.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data structures for performance and efficiency.
- Experience in integrating data modeling practices within software development lifecycles.
- Familiarity with best practices in data governance and quality assurance related to data architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
