Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves executing the configuration management plan under the guidance of the Configuration Lead. The role includes actively participating in the design and customization of software solutions to align with business process designs and application needs. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that software configurations effectively support organizational objectives and operational workflows, contributing to seamless integration and functionality within the system environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to ensure alignment between software configurations and business requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and software customization techniques.
- Experience in analyzing business processes to translate requirements into effective software configurations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex configuration challenges.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle management and version control practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
