As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. You will engage in designing tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes and objectives. Your role includes analyzing requirements, contributing to the architectural design, and ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business operations. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application features and work towards delivering solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience within the company s software ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and communication of application design and functional specifications.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability through proactive problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess application requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Experience with software design principles and application lifecycle management.
- Ability to work with various monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance.
- Good communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business process workflows and how software solutions can optimize these processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
