Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong knowledge of web content management systems and experience in developing scalable digital experiences.
- Experience with component-based architecture and reusable code development.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to complement backend development.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex environments.
- Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our PDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
