What You Will Do

Documentation & Records Verification

  • Verify all Maintenance History File (MHF) worksheets, vendor release certificates, and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy of work performed

  • Ensure all maintenance records comply with regulatory, customer, and P&WC Quality Procedures

  • Verify availability of required records including Life Limited Parts (LLP), back-to-birth records, airworthiness certificates, and other mandated documentation within work packages

Quality Gate & Compliance Activities

  • Perform engine logbook reviews including Life Consumption Factor (LCF) calculations, LRU TSN/TSO verification, and assigned Line Gate inspection processes during engine shop visits

  • Ensure all reports, release tags, and material labels tally accurately with the physical identification of parts and components issued to engine assembly

  • Identify documentation non-conformities and ensure timely rectification by operations personnel

Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate in engine pre-induction meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Vendors)

  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve documentation, traceability, and compliance issues efficiently

Engine Release & Customer Deliverables

  • Verify and prepare documentation required for releasing finished engines back to service

  • Ensure timely delivery of completed engine release packets to the Customer Manager

  • Compile critical data and ensure accuracy in established shop visit report formats for customer submission

Records Management & Systems

  • Ensure engine shop visit history records are properly maintained, secured, and archived for future review

  • Manage storage of MHF and history records at P&WC or approved vendor locations

  • Perform accurate data loading and updates in the Quality Control Track System

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Diploma in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, or other related technical field

  • CAAS (engine category) certificates or equivalent certificates are required.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an MRO facility, quality control, production planning, or scheduling environment

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills

  • Willingness and flexibility to work overtime to support business and operational needs

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience or working knowledge of SAP or similar information systems.
