Regarding the Attendance rating, I noticed a pattern where she called in sick on some occasions immediately before or after her vacation. This was a concern that I observed.

Regarding Relationships with People, I believe she would benefit from communicating more effectively with both staff and residents. Improving her communication and engagement with the team and residents would help strengthen working relationships and collaboration.
