Reporting directly to the CEO, the Controller will work closely with department and business leaders and manage the corporate accounting team. They should be highly motivated and thrive in a collaborative workspace, driving change with a continuous improvement mindset.

What you will do

  • Develop and monitor business performance metrics
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close process
  • Oversee regulatory reporting, frequently including tax planning and compliance
  • Analyze financial data and present financial reports accurately and on time; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Assist with the annual budgeting and planning process; administer and review financial plans against actual results, identifying, explaining, and correcting variances as needed
  • Support the CEO in developing and monitoring financial operating models and delivery
  • Manage organizational cash flow forecasting
  • Leverage the strengths of current finance team members, clarify roles and responsibilities, and develop/implement training programs to help the team reach its full potential

  • 10+ years of corporate accounting and finance experience, with 2+ years managing a team preferred (experience in a public accounting/audit capacity is considered equivalent to working in a corporate accounting capacity)
