About the role (your why)  

We are looking for a talented Content Designer to create compelling visual assets that bring Datacom’s customer propositions, products, services and solutions to life within our Managed Operations business unit.  

Working closely with the Proposition Writer, you will transform strategic messaging into engaging visual experiences that make complex ideas easier to understand and easier to sell. You will create customer-facing and seller-facing assets that strengthen Datacom’s market presence, increase customer engagement and build consistency across proposition communications.  

This role would suit a versatile designer who combines strong visual craft with commercial thinking, stakeholder collaboration and a passion for making information clear and engaging. 

What You’ll Do 

Bring propositions to life visually 

• Design visual assets that communicate Datacom’s solutions, services and value propositions. 

• Develop graphics, diagrams, infographics and visual frameworks that simplify complex concepts. 

• Create customer-centric visual stories that reinforce business outcomes and value.  

Create sales and customer enablement assets 

• Produce high-quality presentations, proposal visuals, brochures, customer one-pagers, digital content and campaign materials. 

• Design reusable templates and visual standards that improve consistency and speed to market. 

• Develop assets that support solution selling, executive engagement and customer conversations.  

Champion brand and experience excellence 

• Ensure materials align with Datacom’s brand standards and design principles. 

• Maintain visual consistency across proposition portfolios and customer segments. 

• Continuously improve the quality, usability and effectiveness of communication assets.  

Collaborate and innovate 

• Partner with the Proposition Writer to bring messaging and narratives to life visually. 

• Work with technical and business stakeholders to understand complex concepts and translate them into meaningful visual communications. 

• Explore new approaches to digital storytelling, visual communication and customer engagement.  

What You’ll Bring 

• Strong graphic design, presentation design and visual communication skills. 

• Experience producing sales, marketing, proposition or customer-facing collateral. 

• The ability to turn complex information into clear and engaging visual experiences. 

• Expertise across Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint and modern content creation tools. 

• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. 

• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality design.
