Business Overview

Consumer & Small Business Banking (CSBB) serves millions of clients through digital banking, lending solutions, deposit products, personalized financial advice, and relationship-based service.

The CSBB Analyst Program offers full-time opportunities across a variety of business units that help serve clients, drive innovation, and support strategic priorities. Whether you’re interested in building client relationships, enhancing digital experiences, developing products, supporting business execution, or strengthening risk and operational excellence, you’ll gain meaningful experience and exposure to one of Truist’s largest lines of business.

Analysts may be placed in business areas across CSBB, including:

  • Premier & Branch Banking
    Serves as the face of Truist through its branch network, providing personalized financial advice, trusted relationships, and tailored solutions that help clients build financial confidence and achieve their goals.
  • Small Business Banking
    Supports business owners through banking, lending, and advisory solutions designed to help their businesses grow and thrive.
  • Consumer Lending
    Delivers lending products and solutions that help clients navigate important financial decisions and life milestones.
  • Digital, Client Experience & Marketing (DCXM)
    Shapes how clients discover, access, and experience Truist through digital capabilities, experience design, client insights, and marketing.
  • Deposits
    Develops the products, strategies, and experiences that help clients save, manage, and grow their money.
  • Business Execution & Risk Organization (BERO)
    Drives strategic execution, business management, risk oversight, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence across CSBB.

Program Overview

The CSBB Analyst Program is a full-time development experience designed to help early-career professionals build financial services acumen, strengthen professional skills, and contribute to meaningful business priorities across Consumer & Small Business Banking.

As part of this immersive program, Analysts will dive into critical work within CSBB while participating in development experiences that build skills in leadership, strategy, analytics, project management, communication, innovation, client experience, and business execution.

Bottom line? This is real work experience combined with learning, mentorship, networking, and exposure to leaders across Truist — all designed to help you build confidence, capability, and a strong foundation for a career in financial services.

Throughout the program, Analysts will:

  • Contribute to real business priorities and strategic initiatives across CSBB
  • Build financial services acumen and deepen understanding of how Truist serves clients and communities
  • Strengthen skills in leadership, communication, analytics, project management, and problem-solving
  • Participate in development experiences designed to support professional growth and career readiness
  • Connect with leaders, mentors, and peers across Truist
  • Gain exposure to different areas of CSBB and the broader enterprise

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, or a related field
  • Expected graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027
  • 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership through work, campus, or community involvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Initiative, accountability, and enthusiasm for learning
  • Interest in financial services and banking
  • Ability to work in Charlotte, NC

General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position. Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
